Choosing Joy Works Like Medicine

Hey y'all, here's some great scriptural advice:

A happy heart is good medicine and a joyful mind causes healing, But a broken spirit dries up the bones.
PROVERBS 17:22 AMP

This is easier said than done when you're in a funk, just choose joy. Being full of bitterness, anger, sadness, and what not doesn't lead to anything good. They are now fruits of the Spirit and they make you sick. Together, let's choose joy today!

Hey y'all! I pray everyone is doing great! The scripture I'm using for this week's Teaching Tuesday Thread is a perfect reminder for our behavior not just for this time of year, but all year round.
