Need Strength?

Hey y'all, I pray everything is well! Here is the scripture for today.

I will lift up my eyes to the hills [of Jerusalem]— From where shall my help come?

I look up to the mountains; does my strength come from mountains? No, my strength comes from God , who made heaven, and earth, and mountains.

I look up to the mountains and hills, longing for God’s help. But then I realize that our true help and protection come only from the Lord, our Creator who made the heavens and the earth.

This is something that was really hard for me to learn but I did it. I had to learn to lean on God instead of people for help and protection. After my dad moved on from this life is when I really learned to press in on God. This is when I really started learning that God really is my ultimate rock! What's awesome though is that He's not just for me, He's for all of us!

Hey y'all! I pray everyone is doing great! The scripture I'm using for this week's Teaching Tuesday Thread is a perfect reminder for our behavior not just for this time of year, but all year round.
